Standing TallCollective

About Us

We work alongside young people, not above them.

Standing Tall Collective helps neurodivergent and neurotypical youth and young adults build real skills, find real mentors, and create real plans for their futures. We work alongside students, families, and communities, not above them.

We don't build programs for people. We build them with people.

Who We Are

Community-rooted. Peer-driven. Outcomes-focused.

Community-Rooted

Our work starts in the communities we serve across Washington State, not in a boardroom.

Peer-Driven

People with relevant lived experience lead mentorship, workshops, and program design.

Outcomes-Focused

We track real, measurable progress toward each young person's own goals.

Centered on Youth Voice

Young people help shape the programs built for them, from feedback to facilitation.

Committed to Disability Inclusion

Accessibility and dignity are built into how we design and deliver every program.

Built With Communities

We partner alongside schools, agencies, and families, not above them.

Creative Expression

Writing, art, storytelling, and voice run through everything we do.

Creative expression isn't a single workshop at Standing Tall Collective. It's embedded across ARISE, PATH, and LEAP as a way for young people to build communication skills, process experience, and be heard on their own terms.
